Waiting for Spring
As the February half-term holiday comes to an end I find my thoughts drawn towards the Spring. It’s perceptibly lighter later in the evenings and we’ve had a few bright, sunny days this last week.
Waking the Trees
Happy New year to you all! Finally, the torpor of the festive season gives way to reveal the grey, cold, dark reality that is January…

Seaside break
Mid-August and we had a family wedding in Brighton, staying three nights in a rock n roll boutique hotel. Our room was Japanese themed and had a round bed on a platform.
SS Great Britain
And so the final week of the Summer term arrives and we drag our exhausted minds and bodies in for the last few days. Lessons and teaching are over for another year and instead we go out and about on trips with our students. First up, is the trip to Brunel’s SS Great Britain
