SS Great Britain

And so the final week of the Summer term arrives and we drag our exhausted minds and bodies in for the last few days. Lessons and teaching are over for another year and instead we go out and about on trips with our students. First up, is the trip to Brunel’s SS Great Britain and it’s a hot sunny day. Above deck the sun beats down, below deck it’s sweltering and I don’t function very well in heat. I head for shade off the boat and find myself walking around at the front of the SS Great Britain and take this shot. I’m pretty pleased with it. Soon the week is over and spread out before me is the glory of – Summer Holidays! Hurrah!
